How fast will I hear back after I fill out the form?

Within 24–48 business hours. Weekend submissions are typically answered the following week. If it is outside of business hours, you cna reach out to the House of Larre Group directly at 478-29703571 . Someone will get back to you as soon as possible

Can I just call instead of using the form?

Yes. Call (478) 287-2008 directly. The form helps us prepare for the call, but a phone conversation is welcome during business hours.

Do you charge for the first conversation?

The first conversation with the House of Larré team is always free. A first conversation directly with Jeff is not always free, depending on the scope of what is being reviewed.

What information should I have ready when I reach out?

Anything you have is helpful. A desired move-in window, the lot or neighborhood you are interested in, a floor plan if you have one, your budget range, your agent status, and your pre-approval status. If you do not have pre-approval yet, we can help connect you with options.

Do you build outside Perry and Warner Robins?

We build exclusively in Houston County, Georgia. That includes Perry, Warner Robins, Elko, and the surrounding area. Outside Houston County, we may not be the right fit.
