The Kick-Off.

Once you've been connected with one of our team members, it starts with a conversation. We discuss what you want, identify floor plans best fit for you, and talk through any upgrades or modifications.

The Contract.

In our neighborhoods, there is clear pricing and a defined scope. Construction deposit at signing. From here, Jeff's team carries the weight.

If you own the land, you will need a construction loan to carry you through the build. You will pay Jeff in installments.

You meet with our selections coordinator for finishes and interior and exterior choices. Your home takes shape on paper.

Jeff and his team are on site. Taylor and her team keep you in the loop at every stage, from foundation to final coat.

When you work with Custom Homes by Jeff, the entire process is handled in house. From your first conversation to identifying the right floor plan, through selections and contract, all the way to closing — there is a full team there to help manage every step . The House of Larré Group at Landmark Realty, led by Taylor Liszewski. Taylor and her team are dedicated real estate professionals embedded in this operation from day one. They know every lot, every floor plan, and every stage of construction because they are on site and in the loop throughout the build. Taylor’s team does offer buyer representation as part of the process.

Taylor Liszewski leads the House of Larré Group at Landmark Realty. After spending nearly 10 years in marketing, leading teams across New York and California, she decided to come back home and market the family business! Taylor was born and raised in Houston County and in the construction industry. Her background allows her to provide clients with her in depth knowledge and history of the Warner Robins and Perry areas, as well as her new construction expertise when appropriate. Taylor believes client services means understanding a clients needs first then delivering an elevated experience through the finish line.

Both. About half of our homes are custom builds where we collaborate on the details, from floor plan to finishes. The other half are move-in ready homes in our active subdivisions, either under construction or ready to close. Every home is built to the same standard.

Where does Custom Homes by Jeff build?

Exclusively in Houston County, Georgia, including Perry, Warner Robins, and the surrounding area. We have been building here since 2001. Our customers are our neighbors.

What is the price range?

It depends on the neighborhood, floor plan, finishes, and level of customization. For custom builds on your own land, pricing also considers lot conditions. Reach out with a floor plan in mind and we can help with numbers.

What do I need to get started?

A budget with a pre-approval letter, and a vision. If you already have a plan and location, great. If not, we can help you get there. It starts with a conversation.

How does the process work for homes in one of Jeff's neighborhoods?

Once you find the right home, there is a construction deposit at contract. If you choose to select finishes, you meet with our selections coordinator for interior and exterior choices. From there, we build. One-time close at completion.

I already own land. Can Jeff build on my lot?

If you own land in Houston County, this may be an option. Timing and location are factors. You carry the construction loan and Jeff manages the build through completion. Reach out with your location and plans.
