It is the community Jeff is best known for in Warner Robins: four-sided brick homes of roughly 2,000 to 3,500 square feet on streets lined with pecan trees. Custom Homes by Jeff is not building new homes in The Tiffany. Homes there come to market as resales.

The homes in The Tiffany were built with brick on all four sides, not just the front. If you are looking at a Tiffany home on the resale market, that four-sided brick exterior was the neighborhood’s original standard.
Floor plans ran from roughly 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, in two families: traditional one-and-a-half to two story homes and single-level ranch plans.
The Name and the Streets
The Tiffany is named for Jeff’s daughter, Tiffany Amber. The streets inside the neighborhood carry family names as well, and are lined with large pecan trees. The naming habit continued in later work: at Saddle Creek Farms in Perry, the streets are named for friends from Jeff’s hometown.
